When you ask someone how they are they usually say "I am good" or "fine". when actually they are not feeling fine and actually have something on their mind that makes them feel Nervous, Sad, Anger, Fear, etr.
Well here is your chance to say how you actually feel about anything and/or everything. it could be how you are feeling right now or how you were feeling yesterday. it doesnt matter just let it out. express yourself.
