I am looking for someone who can create a conceptual sketch/render/image of a preexisting building. It is a pretty old looking structure and want to have it reimagined as a more modern building. I would also like it to use certain elements of my brand in the form of colors, signage, and maybe elements from the logo I create. The projects goes through the entire semester so there is plenty of time. I cant offer any payment but you might be able to use it in a portfolio depending on how much effort you put into it. Not sure how much work this involves so If its something that is literally a semesters worth of work for you then I understand if no one is interested. If its something you could whip up in a few days working on it here and there then maybe this could work out for both of us. 

The attached image is an example of something I am looking for. The logo is incorporated into the design of the building (the 195 sign). It can be more detailed than this, or even a digital 3d render. But basically I can provide some pictures of the current building, offer my thoughts and how I might use the brand in the design of the building and then let you have at it.
