So we all have seen the new eating place on campus, Wild Greens, that has replaced the old smoothie place. And with good reason.
The menu definitely offers a lot in terms of variety and flavor, and most of the toppings are whole, nutritious food. This of course makes a healthier lunch choice much more interesting, and there is always an opportunity to experiment with new combination.

Which brings to the next point, what are your favorite salad combinations at Wild Greens?
These are a few of my variations for the toppings -- in meal deal:
Base: Romaine (offers more nutritionally than Iceberg)
Toppings 1:
Walnuts, Tomatoes, Hard boiled Eggs, and Blue Cheese
with Chicken, Balsamic Vinaigrette (fat free)
Toppings 2:
edamame (don't eat the stringy part), mushrooms, feta, olives
with tofu, dressing optional
Toppings 3:
onion, broccoli, tomatoes, (any cheese)
beef or chicken, Fat free Ranch
