I have gotten seven emails from HigherOne about my financial aid refund. How can I get my money without using their card? This is my first year at umbc and I am pissed that they partnered with these people. I read the terms and conditions and they are full with restrictions and numerous fees with every purchase. I thought UMBC would only associate with people who would HELP the students? I am going to pay back every cent of my student loans plus interest after graduation, why would I want to share it with this stupid bank? Ugh!! HELP!!!
