Room for Share! $260 plus utilities

One of my roommates is looking to rent out half of his room for the fall and, possibly, spring semester. The house is approximately 1.3 miles from campus. It's right down Selford Road so it's an easy shot from campus.
The room is quite small, but it can nicely fit two twin beds and a night stand. There is a huge closet that the two of you would share. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and two sinks.
The rent for your half of the one room is $260 per month, plus utilities. You will be sharing the house with two guys, one girl, and a loving cat. The entire house is furnished except for you room. Please be aware that you will have to provide your own bed.
The person you will be sharing the room with is hardly ever at the house so it really does feel like you wont have a roommate.
