My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate by September 15th. The three bedroom/1.5 bathroom townhouse is about 5-7 minutes away from campus and it will be the third bedroom we are renting out. The rent (without utilities) is about $280 (more or less) and we prefer a female from the ages between 18-22; We are currently both Juniors.
