Roommate off Campus

I have a bedroom available for share. I am looking for someone who is studious and quiet. You will be sharing a room with me. I tend to be out of the room quite a bit so it will feel as if you have the place to yourself. The room is big enough to fit two twin sized beds and a dresser. There is a huge closet that is large enough for many clothes.
The rent is $260 per month plus utilities. You will be sharing a house with me and my two other roommates. There is a cat in the house, so please be aware.
All rent and utilities will be paid to my one roommate who is the primary lease holder. She will collect the rent at the end of each month and pay it on the first. Background checks will be performed, so please be aware of that.
The room is available to MALE's only.
