Gorgeous townhouse, cheap rent!!

We are renting a townhouse in the Hanover/Severn area. It's about 9.5 miles away from the UMBC campus, but it's an absolutely gorgeous drive through mostly wooded, low-traffic areas. The townhouse is in a really safe part of town -- it's a quiet residential neighborhood consisting mostly of single family homes. The townhouse also backs onto a huge lake. Since it's not on a shuttle route, you would need to have transportation to/from school.
About us -- We are all girls. Two of us are UMBC students -- a sophomore IT major and a junior Sociology/Political Science major (that's me!!). The other of us is in a graduate program studying Musicology at Catholic University. We all get along really well and are comfortable spending time together in the common spaces.
About you -- We are only looking for a female roommate. We do not have any preferences on any other demographic factor (i.e. race, sexual orientation, etc.). We are only looking for a roommate who is willing to be respectful of everyone's schedule and help to keep the house clean. As long as you are respectful and can pay the bills, we are happy to have you.
Rent will be either $360 or $390 per month depending on which room you take plus a four way split of utilities (gas/electric, water, cable & internet). You will need to bring your own furniture for your bedroom as the place is entirely unfurnished. We are bringing furniture for the rest of the house.
