Hello!
I have a room available to rent in a townhouse in Catonsville. Located about 10-15 minutes away from campus; the area is safe with good public transportation and an abundance of great stores/restaurants conveniently located.
-Large living area, 1/2 bathroom and kitchen on the first floor.
-Shared laundry room in the basement.
-The room for rent is on the second floor, and will share a full bathroom with 1 other roommate.
Pets permitted.
$550 - Rent includes utilities and internet service. Fully loaded cable TV option at an additional cost (the bill is split among those who use the service).
