Need help for intrntional transfer credit eva: report

Hello everyone,
Few weeks ago i got my international transfer credit evaluation report and i am confused about what does report details mean.
More specifically, under heading of
UMBC Undergraduate Graduation Requirements [RG 1003]
Units: 120.00 required, 87.00 taken, 33.00 needed
then -> it shows 15 credits are accepted which included art, SS, science and culture
45 Upper-Level credits : Units: 45.00 required, 0.00 taken, 45.00 needed
Writing Intensive Requirement [RQ 3463] : Courses: 2 required, 0 taken, 2 needed
General Education Program (GEP) Requirements [RG 2003]
it shows 15 credits are accepted which included art, SS, science and culture
then ->
Courses Not Used in General Education Requirements
it shows 28 courses which were not used
Financial Economics Major (Catalog 2004 - )
Units: 61.00 required, 0.00 taken, 61.00 needed
my question is how many credits are accepted since i submitted international transcript with 87credits were completed? i have attached my evaluation report if anyone want to see it.
