Westland Gardens 3 bed townhouse

I have a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom Westland Gardens townhouse located at 4712 Gateway Terrace that is available for us to move in on 9/14. The house is 4 minutes walk from UMBC stop at Maiden Choice & Wilkens. The room sizes are ~127 sq ft, 100 sq ft, and ~70 sq ft. They allow 1 pet in townhouse except pitbull/pitbull mix; there's no pet rent. The rent is $1282 which will be split between the three of us as evenly as possible (e.g. $428 for whoever takes the largest room, $427, $427). The water is included in the rent, but we have to pay for gas, electricity, and internet. Here's a typical floor plan:

We need someone to fill out their application at least a week before 9/14, but would prefer it if they would fill it out before the fall semester starts. The office requires the following items at the time of application: a personal check/money order of $25, proper picture id, proof of Social Security number, 2 most recent pay stubs or proof of income, current transcript, and either a proof of citizenship or if you are an international student: valid passport, visa, I-94 card; permanent resident alien card (if applicable); ITIN (if applicable); and I-20 or DS-2019 form. Their office is located at 4700 Gateway Terrace.
