Please give me your wisdom. Half of the time I try to review my degree progress I cannot log on. I usually have success if I use Explorer or Firefox, but even those don't always work. It lets me choose institution, but report type is always I mean always blank then I get a popup error message. Please, please tell me what I'm doing wrong.  Thanks.
