Looking for a roommate asap!

Hi!
I am looking for somebody to rent an apartment with. Right now I'm looking at mount ridge apartments, but I'm open to different options as long as it is something close to campus in the $400-$550 range (per person).
My ideal roommate would be someone who pays rent and bills on time, can deal with animals (I'm planning on getting a puppy soon), helps to maintain the apartment's cleanliness, is friendly, and doesn't get bothering by little things. I don't care about guy or girl, just as long as you're easy to get along with.
a few things about myself--
-artsy
-laid back
-full-time worker
-smoker (only outside)
-down to have people over regularly, but not so big on parties at my own place
