Room for rent- $450-550
Need a room for the upcoming semester?!

Hello All!! My roommate and I are moving off campus this school year and are looking for a third roommate. The rent would be any where between $450-550 per month, depending on the which room each person chooses. There will be utilities as well, but I dont think they will cost more than an additional 50 per month.
I do have a cat, so make sure that only the cat friendly apply!
The house will be within a 5 minute drive to school.
We are really only interested in MALE's applying, but will consider a female if we can set up a time to meet and see if we all can get along well.
We're not looking for a best friend, but we would like someone who we can get along with and can pay the rent on time. This is NOT a party household. We like to come home after classes and chill out.
