Artsy/free spirit roomate wanted

My roomate and I are looking for a 3rd roomate to live with us in the baltimore area. We're pretty artsy and hipsterish so ideally we want someone like us. Rent is about 300-400 a month with utilities. And you must be liberal and all for LGBT community living. We want someone outgoing, and maybe can enjoy a few trips to coffee houses and art galleries, open mic nights and daily yoga with me. So if this sounds like you, please message one of us ASAP
I am a young and vibrant college student. I teach yoga full time. Love the arts, culture, travel, photography, cooking, great company, outdoors, trees, family, laughter, and peace. I am a neat person. I love entertaining friends once in a while.
I work during the week, and very responsible when it comes to finances (i.e. rent, utility bills).
