Hi!
Currently I am searching for one roommate to live in a 3 bedroom/1 full bath at the Mt. Ridge apartments.
Inside the unit there is a high efficiency washer and dryer just for this apartment. New carpet has been installed. The complex has the convenience of the umbc shuttle bus stop right on the corner. We are less than 3 miles from campus and surrounded by single family homes. Garages are available here as well if needed.
If you are looking for housing please email me. Prices are approximate: Rent is $406 per person +$16 water per person and $35 per person for electric. Internet is an additional fee. Total monthly should be no more than $500 with internet.
I will be bringing a small breed dog with me so we are pet friendly! Also, I am more of a homebody and do a lot of studying at night.
