Looking for two roommates for off-campus townhouse in 2013

I am looking to lease two rooms in a townhouse beginning in January 2013 and continuing until December 2013. The cost of an entire year's rent is cheaper than two semesters of housing at UMBC. About the townhouse:
- Easily accessible to UMBC. Parking available outside, UMBC transit stop directly across the street.
- Safe, quiet neighborhood.
- Shared kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, living room.
- The house has three bedrooms in total which vary in size. Rent will be divided based on room size.
- Lawn mowing, maintenance work, and repairs are all included in the cost of rent.
- Rent (without utilities) ranges from $425/month to $525/month depending on room size.
