Located a block away from UMBC campus (20 minute commute to center of campus by foot). House has wood flooring, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen appliances are a stove, oven, microwave, Forman Grill, toaster, fridge, plenty of cabinet space and more.
Room has private access to laundry room with 1/2 bathroom, and private entrance in back. Room also comes partially furnished (with King sized bed and television) and is large enough for two people or a couple.
Natural gas heat and A/C. Street Parking in front of the home and single, private, shared space in back.
Just minutes away from shopping centers on Maiden choice Lane, East Drive and at the Wilkens Ave plaza.
