18 Male seeking room for next year

Im an 18 year old male looking for an off campus room to rent for the next school year. I am reasonably clean (as much as any college student can be!). I do smoke occasionally, but will obviously not smoke inside.
I like fun as much as the next person but I'm not a wild partier. I'm easy going and enjoy a good social environment.
I have no preferences on race, gender or age of roommates. The only condition I have is that everyone must respect my property and privacy, and I will of course be respectful of anyone else living there.
