Rent is $600 a month, including all utilities. The room is 12x10, and is unfurnished, but I can provide a desk and a bookcase if needed. [We have an air mattress if you need something to sleep on until you bring your own furniture] You'll have access to the whole house, kitchen, dinning room, laundry facilities in the basement, and if you choose, your own bathroom [which is also in the basement]. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe.

No pets are allowed, unfortunately.

We have no preference if the renter is male or female, as we are a guy and a girl.
