My roomate and I have secured a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, full-kitchen cottage at Mount Ridge near UMBC in Catonsville. We are looking for a third female roomate. The approximate monthly rent per person would be plus or minus $500. This covers basic rent, water, renters insurance, WiFi, and (depending on usage) electricity. Parking is free and plentiful in front and back of the apartment. There is also a parking lot near the apartment. The neighborhood looks safe, the streets are well lit and we would be directly across the street from the Mount Ridge management office. It is also on the UMBC shuttle line, approximately 3 miles from the college. We are signing the lease next week. Please let me know if you are interested.
