I'm looking for a person who's willing to take over my apt lease at Mt. Ridge apartments, an ideal location for a UMBC student. . You'll have your own room and live with 2 other roommates.
-UMBC Shuttle accessible or 3~5min away by car
-TV Cable and Internet accessible
-Washer and Dryer accessible
-Very quiet and safe neighborhood
-Utilities 1/3
The lease lasts until end of May 2013, enough time to complete one school year. After lease swapping is over, you can move in anytime after July 31st. Month of August will be free of charge.

the rent is pretty cheap. ~$430/person + util.
