My girlfriend and I currently lease a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse 3 miles from UMBC. We are now looking for one new roommates to move in Sept. 1st. Rent would be $440 for a pretty large room. Utilities are not included, but are relevantly cheap depending on the season. Plenty of parking, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a fenced backyard. Close to both the Arbutus and Catonsville transit lines.
