Good/Bad idea to take MATH 301 at the same time as CMSC 203?

I am currently scheduled to take MATH 301 (intro to math analysis) the same semester as CMSC 203 (discrete structures). Does anybody think that that is a bad idea? I have heard that CMSC 203 could help with the proofs in MATH 301, but I haven't been told that it is super important to take the CMSC in the fall and MATH in the spring. Does anybody have any advice?
