Room for Share in Townhouse

Hey Everyone!
Me and my current roommates are looking for someone to move into a room that will be shared with a 22 year old guy. The place has 3 floors: top floor is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, ground floor has a big living room, kitchen, closet, there is a porch, and basement has a big open space (which is full of furniture and a pool table that we also use as a desk, tvs, and gaming consoles), a bathroom, laundry room, and a big closet. The room that will be shared is technically the master bedroom and has its own half bathroom. Looking for a really relaxed person who does their portion of chores and cleaning. Rent would be 350/month plus about 30-40 in utilities. 3 guys currently living there and 1 is about to move out, we all hang out together and have known each other for years.
