I am a 22 year old respectful, professional female seeking to share my apartment with another responsible female (or male) with a steady income. I am very laid back and easy going. I love to cook and bake (and will probably try out some of my recipes on you :). Though I am very relaxed, I also like to have a good time.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is available Feb 1st, and has central air-conditioning and gas heating, a private balcony, and on-site laundry facilities located within the building. The shared bathroom is VERY clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas range stove (my personal favorite!). The bedroom I am offering has a large window and a large closet - perfect for UMBC students! Free parking is always available right next to the apartment!

The apartment is located 8-10 minutes away from UMBC and Rout 40 (where you can find Ross, Walmart, Double T Diner, Riteaid, Pier One, Safeway, Giant, and SO MANY MORE!) We are also within walking distance of public transportation, but I don't have a problem with carpooling if it works for both of our schedules.
