Zipcar review REQUESTED!!!!
Treat or Trick?!

Hi there,
I'm considering using Zipcar for the coming year at UMBC. For those who don't know about ZC, it's a car rental service by hour ($8/hr at UMBC). You can use the car without worrying about gas, insurance and the first 180miles of driving (all are included).
I have read some reviews on yelp which gave it around 3 stars. There is a lot of complains about Zipcar system since everything is automatic. Lots of people got charged for late fee (returning the car late or credit car charged late). Some wasted their time filling the tank or checking the car condition before driving.
There is two Zipcars on UMBC campus: a Toyota Prius and a Honda Civic. http://www.umbc.edu/reslife/docs/opening/UMBC_Zip_Car_Summary_TAG.pdf
Would it be hard to reserve one of these only two car during weekend?
The service is just a year old at UMBC campus. I'm wondering if anyone who had used this service the pass year can share their review with us.
Any of your advice, opinion, and review are greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
