I am renting an apartment with my friend in Westland Gardens. I am looking for a female roommate for the private room. The rent will be total $450 + comcast ($15) + electricity (~10), other utilities are paid. There is a small parking lots next to the apartment. The place is about 4 mins driving distance from the school.
