Hey all, I'm renting a really nice 4-bedroom furnished house near campus for about $500/month including utilities. There's one room available and we're moving in July 1st. All of us moving in right now are clean, laid-back, friendly, and on a solid income. We're not really picky about our fourth roommate, but would definitely need to meet up first.
