Hey guys, my ex landlord is looking for 2 people to fill 2 rooms in his townhouse. They are very nice people, slightly small rooms, but its close to campus, and utilities (which include tv in your room) are included. Each is 500/month for the first month plus a security deposit, but then you can move down to 450/month if you don't want the biweekly cleaners to clean your room. Each room is furnished with a desk and bed, and one has a dresser. There is a nice kitchen,dining room, and an awesome living room setup. Plus you get access to a brand new washer and dryer in the basement. Its only 1 mile away from campus, I used to walk and bike to campus even though I had a car. Let me know if you are interested.
