I am doing my ex-landlord a favor and posting his listing to UMBC's board. I lived in the upstairs apartment for 3 years and it was great. It was safe and 15-25 minutes drive to school depending on traffic on the beltway but there are also alternative routes. The landlord is great and from experience fixed or started to address any issues 24-48 hours after contacting him. Also off street parking.
