I will be moving to Baltimore from Texas in early June. I wont be able to board for summer but I am looking for a place to stay for fall and spring 2012.

I am a graduate student so I would prefer clean, laid back , mature , social roommates.

I am very social  and love football and a cold beer as much as the next guy . However,I would prefer NOT to have roommates play  beer pong, flip cups or strip poker through every weekend .

I am open to potential roommates being of either gender as I have had no past problems with  either arrangements. I would love to explore the city , go to music concerts and continue my passion of the outdoors. 

My criteria for Housing : 

1.proximity to school and safe neighborhoods so that my car doesn't get broken into / have tires slashed .

2.Rent should be $550 or less/person including utilities simply because I wont be spending much time in my room anyways. Just need a place to be able to sleep comfortably.

3. I love to cook and eat healthy. I rarely eat out (esp when eating out means sub par food at fast food joints or crap places like olive garden et al ). So I need kitchen and fridge privileges.
