Looking for a roomie in townhouse.

Hey guys,
My roommate and I are looking to add another person (both genders welcome) to our townhouse for the summer as well as Fall&Spring semester.
It is a 2 bedroom in CollegeGardens about 5mins from campus, able to get to via Arbutus line. There is also a metro bus like that can take you to the city which is pretty sweet.
The second room is what is available, my roommate has the other room and I am taking the basement. Rent will be about $266 a month.
We bring with us, a dog (totally friendly, and old so he wont be jumping all over the place)
and it's a townhouse so you know what that means... BACKYARD! WHAT WHAT!
