Sherry McFall, a student at Ventura College, in California filed a class action lawsuit against this company. I can only hope that this company is kicked off of campuses nationwide and put out of business. UMBC should be ashamed that they whore themselves and exploit their students for the financial gain of an out of state company notorious for fraud.
