It is a four bedroom house.  You have your own room.  Rent is 350 a
month and the lease would go through 6/2010.  Utilities are 1/4 of bge,
cable, oil and water.  It is the house right next to arbutus elementary
school on sulphur spring road. A few blocks from UMBC.  The lease does
require a one month security deposit.  Please let us know as soon as
