Nice 3 story townhouse in Elkridge, safe neighborhood!

Hi! I will have a room available to rent in a townhouse in Elkridge (about 5-7 min drive from UMBC) that I also currently live in. I am a 23 year old female grad student at Loyola University and have another grad student in a PhD program at College Park moving in at the end of May. The third bedroom will be available in mid-June to be rented
Cost: $550 per month plus shared utilities
What you'll get: Bedroom on the second floor plus a small second bedroom/office PLUS own full bathroom! Also, shared use of the main first floor, including kitchen, living room/dining area, and half bath. There is also a small fenced in backyard and you would have a parking spot right in front of the townhouse as well.
One of my current roommates that is moving out this weekend is a UMBC student and has made the short commute to school this whole year without any problems.
