I am a female junior undergraduate student looking for a female roommate. The rent is $547.50 on a one year lease, and the gas and electric is split down the middle. THe apartment is within walking distance to the Orioles Baseball stadium and toward the ravens stadium. The apartment is less than 13 minutes from UMBC. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement that is only shared with the other apartment downstairs. There is a full kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, and a dishwasher. The apartment is pretty spacious for being two rooms. THere is also a large living room/dining room. The other room will be available in either late july/ early august.
