This is just a really quick question that popped up in my head.  Didn't really think it through so prob. obvious issues with it.  But with the shortened athletic times I haven't gone to RAC for the whole year, which makes it pointless for me to have paid athletic fee.

So it would be nice for it to be optional, I mean they have that card scan so if I haven't paid then I just won't be able to get in. 

But to generally put it, why should I be forced to pay for a fee that I do not benefit from in any way, literally.
