I think it would be a lot more effective to hand them out at the beginning of the last class, allotting 5-10 minutes to complete them. That way people know they have to sit through the class, so they mind as well just fill them out. Opposed to giving them to us haphazardly at the end of class, and in our minds we're reminiscing over how much we hated the class and are practically running out the door just writing down anything.

This is just my personal opinion though.
