Why Christopher Nguyen Attacks Erik Walker
By discrediting Erik Walker, he seeks to discredit the Bible

At the above link, Christopher goes on another one of his tirades (he has done many in the past, here's proof: http://my.umbc.edu/groups/truth/discussions/3073) and tries to smear my name and attack Christianity.
He's really only opposed to me because I'm a believer. That's why all of his attacks involve some kind of religious bigotry, as you can see. He'll call me "reverend walker" to make it clear that what he dislikes about me is my faith.
It is unfortunate, but I cannot suppress the truth: Christopher Nguyen lies about me. He lies about me a lot. He lies about me frequently. And he lies about me in his newest thread, by accusing me of being a misogynist.
But why does he do this?
It's quite simple. He fears what I represent. That is to say, I believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God--and I'm not a blind believer. How he would wish that I was! But the very fact that I can justify everything I believe frightens him, because I can't be easily discouraged by his attacks on Scripture. I simply won't cower in the face of his relentless aggression towards me and towards anything Christianity-related.
This, in turn, encourages those Christians at our university who have not been confident, or knowledgeable, enough to speak up and provide answers for the "gotcha" questions asked by atheists on this discussion board.
People see that Erik Walker can defend his faith, and he doesn't have to resort to twisting Scripture to do so. This terrifies Christopher Nguyen all the more. Why? Because by my actions, many others are being influenced to either a) join my side or b) be strengthened in their faith where they are.
It is my belief that Christopher Nguyen fears Erik Walker because Christopher Nguyen wrongfully believes that if a rising portion of the population begins to take the Bible seriously, that he will somehow be persecuted or have his precious freedoms revoked.
Why would he believe this?
Because Christopher Nguyen is a homosexual. Note, I am not outing him on this board--he has publicly stated his love for his male partner before. I'm only bringing it to your attention because it is relevant to his current actions. Christopher Nguyen will undoubtedly say that he is "not" homosexual, but "bi," but it's all the same to me--if you desire to have male on male sex then you are homosexual. I have no interest in playing semantics.
Christopher is terrorized by the idea that in the future, maybe sodomy will be made illegal once again. Maybe he won't be allowed to publicly flaunt his relationship with his significant other. Undoubtedly, he has a persecution complex, which is one reason why he can't accept that Christians are persecuted---because he thinks he's being persecuted by Christians.
Ultimately, this is why Christopher Nguyen attacks me so much. He sees me as a catalyst for what he believes will evolve into full-fledged persecution and subjugation of people like him. Logically, then, he has come to the conclusion that in order to prevent this alternate reality he fears from ever occurring, if he can discredit Erik Walker, he can discourage the other believers and fight the spread of Biblical inerrancy.
That's why he attacks me. And because his sexuality is the most important thing on this earth to him, there is no boundary he will not cross to fight Erik Walker -- there is no lie, no malice, no harassment, no accusation too shameful for him to commit.
Now I hope you understand why he behaves the way he behaves.
If you are a Christian, I encourage you to pray for him. And regardless of who you are, I encourage you not to listen to anything he says about me, because he is not motivated by truth or honor--those things are secondary to his goal of discrediting Erik Walker, and thereby, to fight against the spread of the Christian faith in America.
