On the Ethics of Proselytizing
Do you feel oppressed?

Someone raised an interesting question in another thread and I'm interested in what the community thinks.
Proselytize (v) To convert or attempt to convert (someone) from one religion, belief, or opinion to another.
Is proselytizing ethical? If so, under what circumstances?
At what points does proselytizing become harassment, and thus no longer treated as protected speech under the first amendment?
Or a less desirable scenario: at what point does proselytizing become coercion?
Poll Question: In the United States, who are the worst offenders of unethical proselytizing?
Apologies if I miss a few. My intent is to at least cover the major religious denominations as I think it would be unfair to lump all of Christianity into one bucket and skew it, but I have included an option for all denominations just in case. I have intentionally omitted the cult of Scientology.
