is cheapoair.com a safe website for flights ?

Hi,
Recently, I've been looking for the cheapest international flights, and fortunately I found a pretty cheap one in the website as it is mentioned in the question above. Unbelievable, almost 50% off.
I wonder if you have tried it before, I wonder whether that would be real. Due to what I've read about the website that some people got trouble after they had bought tickets from the website, they had to pay extra when they got at the airport, I still wanna know if they are honest or not, maybe they had trouble before but it has been fixed.!
If you have any idea about it, I'd like to hearing it from you.
