Rent = 260$ / month.
You will get a full huge-sized room all to yourself with a new mattress, computer table and 2 side tablets with a closet+body-mirror, air conditioner & heater. i can remove any of this stuff upon request. The only thing is its only for the summer coz i come back at the end of august. Its a good temporary place to stay and save money and pay for a better place for the next academic year.
