I am renting the first floor of a house. 
The first floor has two bedrooms, living room, 
dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, plus storage space in 
the basement.  Washer and dryer in the basement too. 
Common spaces are already furnished. Looking for someone 
to begin renting July 1st.  Utilities are included, 
including internet. Female, college age roommate preferred.
I am a bio major and will be a senior in the fall.
