I am going to california for the summer and have space available from May 22 - August 24. You dont have to pay rent for may and you can stay until the end of august , can discuss that if you are interested.

Rent = 260$ / month. (utilities are divided by 5 and added on top of this amount) total is normally 300$

I live in a townhouse with 3 rooms and a basement.


You will get a full hugesized room all to yourself with a new mattress , computer table and 2 side tablets with a closet+body-mirror, air conditioner+heater. i can remove any of this stuff upon request. The only thing is its only for the summer coz i come back at the end of august. Its a good temporary place to stay and save money and pay for a better place for the next academic year.
