I am having trouble selecting my major - environmental studies or environmental science. I like some of the classes in both majors but not all of the classes in either major. I was hoping that people who are majoring in the either of the choices could give me some input.
Questions for both majors:
What kind of work should I expect in an average upper level course?
What kind of reading should I expect?
What sort of jobs would the major qualify me for?
What is your general opinion of classes for the major?
  
I have two schedules planned out and I need to pick one by April 3rd, so any helpful input would be much appreciated.
