[SFH] Off Campus Housing 3 miles (females only)

Hi,
Looking for a temporary roommate. You can rent the room for a just a month up to 4 or 5 months. All that is required is a security deposit of one month of rent.
The room should be available within the next week. Monthly rent is $458.34/month for each person. This is a single family home 3-bedroom home that is 3 miles away from campus. It usually takes me about 5 minutes to get to school.
The internet bill is around $9.80/month for each person. The electricity is typically around $30/person but since the weather has been nice, we don't use the heater at all. It should be cheaper.
