Dharun Ravi was the Rutgers student accused of using a webcam to spy on his gay roommates intimate encounter with another man.  His roommate killed himself shortly thereafter.  After months of investigation, the state of New Jersey, indicted him on charges of 1) invasion of privacy 2) bias intimidation 3) attempted invasion of privacy 4) tampering with physical evidence 5) hindering apprehension or prosecution and 5) witness tampering.
