myUMBC Observations
I srsly love you guys
In honor of midterms and the upcoming spring break, I thought I'd share some of my recent observations with you guys:
-The Adamsen brothers are what Fox news claims to be: a successfully consistent right-wing argument. Their threads lead to some great discussion.
-Tyler Jennings is probably going to be running for the GOP candidancy in the near future.
-Erik Walker really, really wants people to think he's right.
-Religious threads are getting tamer, believe it or not, than in past semesters.
-Christopher Nyugen will probably follow Erik Walker to the grave.
-I owe Elizabeth Klein, Elizabeth Fulda, and Brianna Page cookies, they make me laugh with every post.
-Gregorio Vazquez is the fonz of myUMBC
-myUMBC threads used to consist of rebuttal threads and juvenile spamming tactics. Now, it seems that even when there is controversy it's built around a contextual and interesting topic.
-A lot of you have good music taste and don't deserve the terrible wrath of Gym Class Heroes
-"Banging in the Student Orgs - Commons" is still the most misleading thread title ever.
-There needs to be more Luis for everyone to have an enjoyable spring/summer break. SEB needs to fucking hire him.
-There needs to be more promotional material online. The movies on campus have been extremely good this semester and they've been criminally under-attendance.
-Threads are consistently more amusing when I don't post in them. I feel like it's more of a show than an EPIC BATTLE OF WITS.
Do you guys agree? How has your semester on myUMBC been?
