Best Dorms

socially and condition-wise

I will be attending UMBC next fall as a transfer student and I plan to live in the residence halls. I have to pick where I want to live but I am having a hard time deciding. Of course, I would like to live someplace that is in good condition, but more importantly I want to be in a good social atmosphere. Which residence hall would you pick if you wanted to have a good time?

Also, what are the rules about having alcohol in the dorms? I am 21

At the moment, the apartments are not an option.
